Manufacturer Warranties

The hardware products sold herein come with either of the following limited warranties: (i) manufacturer warranty, or (ii) Epowermac Pty Ltd warranty as defined below. The term "product" means the merchandise you purchased, exclusive of any software, operating system or manual unless otherwise specifically stated (the "Product"). The specific limited warranty applicable for your product is included in the documentation sent with the product.

You must examine the Product received from Epowermac Pty Ltd immediately upon receipt. Any shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported to Epowermac Pty Ltd within five (5) days from the date of delivery. If any defects in materials and/or workmanship are discovered, one of the following limited warranties may apply.

Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Certain products sold through this website (the "Site") come with a warranty from the original manufacturer of the product and its components. Manufacturer warranties may carry different return and warranty policies than products covered under one of the warranties offered by Epowermac Pty Ltd, as discussed herein. Any warranty statement from the manufacturer is noted on the documentation included with your product or online from the said Manufacturer. Epowermac Pty Ltd makes no claims or guarantee with respect to the Manufacturer Warranty.

Epowermac Pty Ltd may, at its descretion, direct the customer to return the product to the manufacturer for repair or replacment. After your RMA request has been submitted, Epowermac Pty Ltd will submit an RMA with the manufacturer. You will be given a new RMA number and the item is to be sent directly to them. The manufacturer will handle your RMA from this point.

(1) Limited Warranty

Epowermac Pty Ltd warrants to the original purchaser of the product that the product will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship from the date of invoice for a period of 6 to 12 Months warranty, dependent upon the retail price of the product. Each product has the warranty period stated on our invoice for your reference. During this warranty period, Epowermac Pty Ltd will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective products.

Damage due to shipping any products to you is covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including, but not limited to, accident, abuse, misuse, problems associated with electrical power, problems caused by failure to provide a suitable environment or proper installation for the product or servicing not authorized by Epowermac Pty Ltd, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventative maintenance, problems caused by programs or viruses, and problems caused by the use of any parts or components not supplied by Epowermac Pty Ltd. This warranty is void if the product is taken apart in any manner, including but not limited to work on internal hard drives, floppy drives, memory, modems, expansion cards, and SuperDrive/Blu-Ray/DVD/CD-ROM devices. Some products, clearly identified at the time of sale, are sold on an "as is" basis. These products do not carry any warranty, either from Epowermac Pty Ltd or the manufacturer. Our warranty covers only parts and labour. Epowermac Pty Ltd is not responsible for any loss of software applications or personal data.

Epowermac Pty Ltds will repair or replace products returned to its facility in accordance with the procedures outlined in Part IV below. (3) Limitation of Liability

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER SUCH PERIOD. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

(4) Procedures for Returning Products under Manufacturer or Epowermac Pty Ltd Warranty

These policies and procedures apply only to the Epowermac Pty Ltd Warranties. If your product is covered under a Manufacturer Warranty, warranty-service procedures will be according to the separate warranties, which are applicable to your product, offered by the individual manufacturer.

Products may not be returned except in the case of defective merchandise. Epowermac Pty Ltd may choose to repair, replace or exchange at its discretion. Note that costs for shipping, handling, any applicable insurance fees and any applicable sales taxes, which are costs that you paid when you bought the Product, are not refundable and will be deducted from any refund. Failure to follow the procedures set out in this section may result in delays in the replacement of parts, repair, or replacement of your Product. In addition, Epowermac Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse to accept products where these procedures are not followed.

Returns Pollicy

Refund and Faulty Items:
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number prior to returning any goods under warranty. This RMA number can be obtained by submitting a Warranty Claim Form online. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at his/her expense. Unauthorized returns, including packages received without an RMA number, may be charged a restocking fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the invoice price. In the case of an Advance Ship Replacement, Epowermac Pty Ltd requires that the faulty parts/items be returned in the full retail packaging, including all cables, manuals and accessories within 14 days. Failure to do so may lead to the customer being billed for the unreturned items. The customer is responsible for the Product until Epowermac Pty Ltd receives it, and the customer bears the responsibility for all shipping, handling and any insurance costs on merchandise returned to Epowermac Pty Ltd . Epowermac Pty Ltd will attempt to return all warranty items within seven (7) days of receipt; however, this return may be delayed by the availability of repair materials from the manufacturer, and Epowermac Pty Ltd assumes no liability for such delays. Before you ship a product to Epowermac Pty Ltd, back-up all data on hard disk drives and other storage devices and remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CD's or PC cards.

Refund:
Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to Epowermac Pty Ltd. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for Epowermac Pty Ltd to process your RMA and refund. Refunds are only allowed 30 days from original purchase date. All returns for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Fault:
An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Epowermac Pty Ltd , unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.

Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your Epowermac Pty Ltd Return Policy. Products that are returned to Epowermac Pty Ltd with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you.
