All in stock items are normally shipped on the same day that the order is placed. Customers who have ordered online will receive automated shipping and tracking emails once the order has been processed and shipped. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email shortly after placing the order, and advised of an ETA.
Please note, if you have paid for your order by direct deposit, your order will only ship once the payment has been cleared.
Please log into your account and then select Order Tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the Consignment Note number and the website of the courier company so that you may track your order prior to delivery.
You can enter the serial number of your Mac directly into the Apple Support Website to get the full specs on your Mac model.
To find your Mac's serial number, click on the Apple menu, then click "About this Mac", then "More info". The serial number will be in the Hardware Overview window.
If your order has arrived and it is damaged or not working, please submit a support request as soon as possible and provide as much information as you can.
If you order has not arrived within 2-3 days, please let us know by submitting a support request. Please make sure that you provide all of your details and the number, date and time of your order.
