Epowermac ships all in stock items within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders are shipped with our strategic partners, Australian Air Express (AaE), Toll Priority and TNT Road Express, depending on the size and weight of your order.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Australian Air Express - Australia Wide - Overnight

Up to 3Kg - $ 13.95

Up to 5Kg - $ 19.95

This service is available Australia wide and includes door-to-door service or Post Office box delivery.

AaE does require a person at the delivery location to sign for the parcel. You may also select the "Authority to Leave" box during the checkout to Authorise AaE to leave your parcel without a signature.

Toll Priority - Australia Wide - 2-3 Days

Up to 1Kg - $ 9.95

This service is available to most locations in Australia and includes door-to-door service but NOT Post Office box delivery. Please ensure you provide a physical/street address when selecting Toll Priority as your preferred delivery option. If your address is outside of Toll's normal delivery area you will be contacted to make alternative delivery arrangements.

Toll Prority does require a person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. You may also select the "Authority to Leave" box during the checkout, and Epowermac will include delivery instructions for Toll Priority to leave your parcel without a signature.

AAE Off-Peak / AAE Economy / TNT ROAD Express - Australia Wide - Road

Oversized parcels: items over 5kg

Epowermac normally uses AAE or TNT ROAD Express for all orders with a large raw/cubed weight. This is cheaper for you, and delivery times are between 3 and 7 business days.

If you need something a little quicker, please call us for alternative options.

Please Note : All freight options are calculated either by cubed or raw weight, whichever is higher.
