It is compatible with both Mac and PC, and can be used to receive digital TV on two different computers at the same time. Flexible placement options Because EyeTV Netstream DTT is a network device, it does not have to be installed near your computers. Simply locate EyeTV Netstream DTT wherever you have a convenient antenna outlet and connect it to your Ethernet network. Seamless operation on multiple computers A dual tuner, EyeTV Netstream DTT is compatible with both Mac and PC and works seamlessly on multiple computers. One person can watch and record TV on a Mac, and at the same time a second person can watch and record a different channel on another computer that is running Windows 7. Capacity can easily be expanded★ by connecting additional EyeTV Netstream DTTs to the network. EyeTV Netstream DTT does not require a dedicated network, so you can surf the web, send email and stream live TV all at the same time. Built-in intelligence As an intelligent device, EyeTV Netstream DTT offers centralised configuration via web browser. Tune the Netstream once, and it stores channel list and serves it out to any computer on the network. The auto-discovery feature (via UPnP & Bonjour) simplifies set-up.
