Warranty and Return Policies
The hardware products sold herein come with manufacturer warranty. The term "product" means the merchandise you purchased, exclusive of any software, operating system or manual unless otherwise specifically stated (the "Product"). The specific limited warranty applicable for your product is included in the documentation sent with the product.
You must examine the Product received from Epowermac immediately upon receipt. Any shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported to Epowermac within five (5) days from the date of delivery. If any defects in materials and/or workmanship are discovered, one of the following limited warranties may apply.
Limited Manufacturer Warranty
Certain products sold through this website (the "Site") come with a warranty from the original manufacturer of the product and its components. Manufacturer warranties may carry different return and warranty policies. Any warranty statement from the manufacturer is noted on the documentation included with your product or online from the said Manufacturer. Epowermac makes no claims or guarantee with respect to the Manufacturer Warranty.
Epowermac may, at its descretion, direct the customer to return the product to the manufacturer for repair or replacment. After your RMA request has been submitted, Epowermac will submit an RMA with the manufacturer. You will be given a new RMA number and the item is to be sent directly to them. The manufacturer will handle your RMA from this point.
This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including, but not limited to, accident, abuse, misuse, problems associated with electrical power, problems caused by failure to provide a suitable environment or proper installation for the product or servicing not authorized by Manufacturer or Epowermac, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventative maintenance, problems caused by programs or viruses, and problems caused by the use of any parts or components not supplied by Manufacturer or Epowermac. This warranty is void if the product is taken apart in any manner, including but not limited to work on internal hard drives, floppy drives, memory, modems, expansion cards, and SuperDrive/Blu-Ray/DVD/CD-ROM devices.
Our warranty covers only parts and labour. Epowermac is not responsible for any loss of software applications and all data.
Limited Lifetime Warranty

The warranty on this item will terminate when:
The item is transferred or sold.
The item is no longer manufactured.
Refund and Faulty Items:
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number prior to returning any goods under warranty. This RMA number can be obtained by emailing email@example.com.
Unauthorised returns may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at his/her expense. Unauthorized returns, including packages received without an RMA number, may be charged a restocking fee equal to twenty five percent (25%) of the invoice price.
Epowermac requires that the faulty parts/items be returned in the full retail packaging, including all cables, manuals and accessories within 14 days. Failure to do so may lead to the customer being billed for the unreturned items. The customer is responsible for the Product until Epowermac receives it, and the customer bears the responsibility for all shipping, handling and any insurance costs on merchandise returned to Epowermac. Epowermac will attempt to return all warranty items within thirty (30) working days of receipt; however, this return may be delayed by the availability of repair materials from the manufacturer, and Epowermac assumes no liability for such delays.
Before you ship a product to Epowermac, back-up all data on hard disk drives and other storage devices and remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CD's or PC cards.
Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to Epowermac. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for Epowermac to process your RMA and refund. Refunds are only allowed fourteen (14) days from original purchase date. All returns for a refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Epowermac does not refund the original shipping cost of $9.90.
The amount of refund can be converted to Store Credits.
Store Credits for returned goods expire 12-months from issued date. Store Credits are used to offset purchases and are not applicable for refund or exchange for cash. If you are unsure about when your store credit expires, please contact us.
Cost of Return Freight:
All items returned to Epowermac for testing, repair or replacement under warranty, and all goods returned out of warranty are returned at the cost of the sender. If an item is found to be in good working order after testing under warranty, then the customer may be charged for return shipment from Epowermac. Epowermac does not accept COD returns under any circumstances. Epowermac will only cover the cost of shipping on items being returned to the customer after the repair or replacement under warranty of said items, and this will only be for items being returned to an address within Australia. The cost of all items returned from outside of Australia, and the return shipping on those repaired or replaced items is the responsibility of the customer.
An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Epowermac, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.
Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your Epowermac Return Policy. Products that are returned to Epowermac with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you.
